Evolution Dome recently completed its second deployment as part of a series for Run Social’s FNL XL Festival Series. The event, which took place at Olympic Park on May 17th, attracted over five hundred attendees for a night of lights, music, and fitness.

The FNL XL Festival Series was created in response to the increasing demand for Friday Night Lights, a networking event that offers a healthy and alcohol-free platform for the community. The pilot event, held at Battersea Park in March, drew hundreds of runners for a 7.5 and 5K night run followed by a post-run social.

A spokesperson for Run Social emphasized the importance of choosing partners who are willing to work closely with them and provide support throughout the planning process. The collaboration with Evolution Dome allowed them to create a safe, comfortable, and visually distinct space for attendees, ultimately increasing the event’s capacity by 350 attendees.

Ashley Austin, director of Evolution Dome, highlighted the challenges faced by Run Social in planning the FNL XL Festival Series, from weather changes to strict build and de-rig time slots. The inflatable dome provided by Evolution Dome is just one of the many steps taken to ensure the safety and well-being of attendees.

The collaboration between Run Social and Evolution Dome has been crucial in the success of the FNL XL Festival Series, and both parties look forward to seeing how the event continues to grow and evolve in the future.
