Kappahl is launching a unique design collaboration for the brand kay/day with influencer Sanna Jörnvik Déman – a summery capsule collection that combines fantastic materials with timeless design. Inspired by the relaxed atmosphere of a summery southern Europe, Sanna and the kay/day team have together created a well-thought-out and versatile collection in earthy tones perfect for all summer occasions and beyond. The collection will be launched in stores and online on April 30.

“In our collaboration with Sanna, we have visualized and crafted a collection that elevates kay/day’s aesthetic to a new level. The fact that Sanna genuinely adores kay/day has made the process even more rewarding. It was a couple of years ago that creator and influencer Sanna Jörnvik Déman fell in love with the brand that designs and sells at Kappahl. Now, two years later, her name is on a unique collection – a result of the exciting design collaboration with the kay/day team. The capsule collection consists of 18 summery pieces made to love for a long time to come. Selected garments in well-crafted, tasteful design with a focus on structures, details and carefully selected materials, light, airy and smoothly flexible. Garments to live in from morning to night, from beach to city. Simply for every moment of summer and beyond.

“My inspiration comes mainly from what I wanted to wear when I strolled along warm cobblestone streets in a summery southern Europe or the Swedish coast of Halland. My vision encompassed everything; From moments on the beach with the kids to dressing up for a romantic date night, or girls’ night on a summer evening. I strived to create super stylish yet timeless summer garments in pleasant colours that are suitable for all these occasions – and for life that continues after the summer”, says Sanna Jörnvik Déman, influencer and co-creator of the collection.

True to kay/day’s commitment to meticulously chosen materials, the collection embraces certified fibres such as FLAX linen and organic cotton.
