The Office for European Expertise and Communications (OEEC) is offering a unique opportunity for young Belarusians to explore the realms of leadership and personal growth through the online course ‘Youth SuperPower. Reboot’ (Youth SuperPower. Перезагрузка). Scheduled to run from 8 May to 7 June, the course is designed to empower participants in various aspects of their personal and professional development.

As a member of the consortium involved in the EU-funded EaP Civil Society Facility, OEEC is dedicated to fostering civil society development in Belarus. The course curriculum includes video lessons, interactive workshops, networking sessions, and supplementary materials for self-study across four key areas: career advancement, mental resilience, life skills, leadership, and project creation.

Participants will have the opportunity to grasp the fundamentals of psychological resilience, acquire the skills to launch and sustain their projects, and explore the applications of artificial intelligence in their academic, professional, and personal endeavors. The most engaged participants will also be considered for the advanced level of the course, with a chance to partake in the Accelerator program to bring their ideas to fruition.

Open to Belarusians between the ages of 18 and 35, regardless of their current location, the course will be conducted in both Belarusian and Russian. Interested individuals can register for the course via the provided registration form until 6 May.
