Lindsay Hubbard Shares Co-Parenting Journey with Turner Kufe and Future Plans for Daughter Gemma

Reality television star Lindsay Hubbard and her partner, Turner Kufe, are navigating the complexities of co-parenting their newborn daughter, Gemma Kufe. While the couple has embraced their roles as parents, they have opted not to cohabitate, marking a distinct approach to their relationship dynamics. In an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, Hubbard addressed questions surrounding their living arrangements and future plans.

Currently, Hubbard resides in an apartment in New York City, a space imbued with memories from her previous relationship with ex-partner Carl Radke. She has recently dedicated her efforts to creating a nursery for Gemma within this environment, a task she described as demanding yet rewarding. “I mean, right now, I just have one nursery, which I worked really hard on for months,” Hubbard stated. The nursery has earned praise from her close friend Gabby Prescod, who remarked, “It’s so cute,” underscoring the careful attention and design that has gone into making it a welcoming space for the infant.

Despite the fondness for her current apartment, Hubbard revealed that she is actively searching for a new home. She expressed a desire to “start fresh” with her daughter and emphasized the importance of finding a location conducive to raising a child. “Right now the location is the most important for Gemma and what is best for her,” she noted. Hubbard’s plans include exploring spaces downtown that would provide amenities suited to family life.

As a single mother navigating parenthood, Hubbard lauded Kufe’s involvement in Gemma’s life, commending his contributions and parenting style. While they do not live together, Kufe remains a supportive partner, engaging actively in their daughter’s care and sharing responsibilities. “Everything is great. He’s an incredible dad and he’s very active,” Hubbard commented.

Looking ahead, Hubbard is mindful of building a social network for Gemma and is already contemplating future schooling for her daughter. “I have to start making friends for her and eventually put her in school. So that’s the goal,” she shared, highlighting her commitment to preparing for her child’s future.

In navigating both her relationship with Kufe and her role as a mother, Hubbard expressed playful thoughts about sharing their family life on social media. She humorously remarked about wanting to go “Instagram official” regarding her daughter, remarking, “I’m like, ‘Can I please post my daughter?’”

The journey ahead for Hubbard and Kufe promises to be filled with the challenges and joys of parenthood, underscoring a modern take on family dynamics in the limelight. As they collaboratively raise Gemma, fans remain eager to witness how their relationship evolves alongside their growing family.
