Enhancing Well-Being with Mindfulness: Join the WPI Community for Weekly Drop-In Meditation Sessions

In today’s fast-paced world, stress can often become overwhelming, making it increasingly important for individuals to carve out moments of tranquility and self-reflection. The Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) is taking significant strides towards promoting mental wellness within its community by offering weekly mindfulness sessions—Mindful Wednesdays and Mindful Thursdays. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity for participants to engage in guided meditation, encouraging a more balanced and focused approach to daily life.

The drop-in meditation sessions are inclusive, welcoming all members of the WPI community, regardless of their prior experience with meditation. Designed to accommodate both novices and seasoned practitioners, these guided sessions will be led by a certified meditation instructor, ensuring that all participants receive proper guidance tailored to their skill level.
