

Wheaton College to Host Admitted Students Overnight Program: An In-Depth Look
Wheaton College’s Admitted Students Overnight Program offers a unique opportunity for prospective students to immerse themselves in campus life and gain insights into the Wheaton community. Scheduled for February 15, the program aims to showcase not only the academic environment but also the vibrant student culture that defines Wheaton as a top-tier institution.
Participants will begin their journey with check-in from 5:30 to 6:00 p.m. at the Diana Davis Discovery Center, located in the Hindle Lobby. This gathering allows students and their families to meet hosts and ask any last-minute questions about the upcoming weekend. For families traveling together, it is advisable to review the next day’s agenda to plan a suitable time for reconvening. Convenient parking options will be provided, facilitating smooth logistics for guests.
Dinner will follow at Chase Commons from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m., where admitted students will share a meal with their hosts and engage with fellow attendees in Wheaton’s award-winning dining hall. Meanwhile, parents and family members will participate in a reception at Emerson Hall, offering the chance to converse with faculty and members of the Wheaton community over hors d’oeuvres.
At 7:00 p.m., participants will join the “Wheaton Experience” event, fostering connections among the Class of 2030 while allowing students to interact with existing members of the Wheaton community. Entertainment will abound as the evening progresses, with a Dimple Divers improv comedy show kicking off at 8:30 p.m. in the Discovery Center’s Hindle Auditorium, followed by planned late-night activities and snacks from 9:30 to 11:30 p.m. at the Balfour-Hood Campus Center.
