Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. is set to captivate visitors at Milan Design Week’s Fuorisalone 2024 with an immersive exhibition that creatively embodies the company’s design philosophy. The event will take place from April 16 to 21 at Le Cavallerizze, located within the esteemed Leonardo da Vinci National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan, Italy.
The exhibition, titled “Newfound Equilibrium,” will showcase Samsung’s user-centered design philosophy, known as “Samsung Design Identity 5.0: Essential∙Innovative∙Harmonious.” According to TM Roh, President and Head of Corporate Design Center at Samsung Electronics, the aim is to create a future that harmonizes with customers’ lives through innovative and purposeful design.
The exhibit will feature five unique spaces that bring Samsung’s design identity to life by incorporating elements of light, sound, and digital interactions. These spaces, named “Essence,” “Innovation,” “Harmony,” “Infinite Dream,” and “New Dawning,” will engage visitors through displays, sensors, and light to create an immersive experience.
Collaborating with renowned ceramic masters MUTINA and wood veneer experts ALPI, Samsung has reimagined its Bespoke Refrigerator and AirDresser to showcase the co-existence of people and technology.
The “Newfound Equilibrium” exhibition, located at Via Olona, 6 bis in Milan, will be open to the public at the following times:
– 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 16-18
– 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on April 19-20
– 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on April 21
Fuorisalone, a series of events held across different areas of Milan during Milan Design Week, offers visitors the opportunity to immerse themselves in the latest in design and innovation.
