Lindex is strengthening its organisation to further develop its customer offering, brand and responsible value chain. As part of this change, Elin Herngren has been appointed Chief Brand & Product Officer and member of the Leadership Team, and Anna-Karin Dahlberg has been appointed Chief Sourcing & Sustainability Officer.

Through this change, sourcing, production, product compliance and sustainability are brought together into one function to further strengthen the work towards a responsible, competitive and resilient value chain. At the same time, focus on brand, customer experience and innovation is reinforced.
‘With this change, we are strengthening our ability to develop an attractive brand and customer offering while further strengthening our work towards a responsible and competitive value chain. Both areas are critical to delivering on our long-term growth ambitions and continuing to create value for our customers,’ says Susanne Ehnbåge, CEO of Lindex.

‘I am grateful and truly excited to lead and develop the customer offering and brand experience at Lindex. I am humbled by the legacy built over Lindex’s 70-year history and inspired by the opportunities ahead. Together with our talented teams, I look forward to continuing to create value for our customers and shaping the future of Lindex’, says Elin Herngren.
