Brownyn Kuss, the current recipient of the Pinder Prize from the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, is set to make her debut at the Edinburgh Fringe this August at Assembly.

Known for her dry style of storytelling that has propelled her to become one of the most beloved young comics in Australia, Kuss will be showcasing her show “Bronwyn Kuss: Sounds Good” from July 31 to August 25 in Studio Four at Assembly George Square.

Originally from Queensland, Kuss began her comedy journey in 2017 and quickly rose to prominence. Just one year later, she participated in the RAW National final at the 2018 Melbourne International Comedy Festival, where she was nominated for Best Newcomer. Her talent was further recognized in 2022 when she won the Director’s Choice Award, and in 2023 she went on tour with acclaimed comedians such as Hannah Gadsby, Nish Kumar, and Mel Buttle.
