North America’s renowned Vegandale festival is bringing its vegan celebration to the UK this summer, with events scheduled in both Manchester and London. The festival, known for its mission to achieve “world vegan domination”, has been held in major cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto attracting over 100,000 attendees annually.
The first Manchester event will take place on Saturday, July 6 at a location yet to be announced. The London event will follow on July 13 and 14 at Clapham Common over two days.
Early bird tickets for both locations are now available for purchase. The festival is well-known for its live music performances, with past artists including Rick Ross, Coi Leray, and DJ Khaled.
Vegandale is also renowned for its diverse array of food and beverage vendors from North America, offering attendees the opportunity to try products not commonly found in the UK. Local vendors will also be present at both events.
Founded in 2015 in Toronto, Canada, Vegandale aims to showcase a world beyond animal exploitation while touring cities in North America with a mix of music, food, and art. The festival adds to the growing list of popular vegan events in the UK, including the Vegan Camp Out, considered the world’s largest vegan camping festival.
The rise of veganism in the UK is evident, with more individuals embracing the lifestyle. A recent report revealed a significant increase of 1.1 million new vegans in the country in 2023. As the vegan movement continues to grow, events like Vegandale offer an inclusive and exciting platform for vegans and non-vegans alike.
