The Margate Summer Series has added more exciting acts to its lineup for this year’s event. Headlining the unique seaside Dreamland venue on September 14 will be Leftfield and Orbital, who will co-headline a show with special guests Luke Vibert, Richard Fearless, and Paranoid London.
James Arthur, the talented singer-songwriter from Middlesbrough, will also be performing as part of his summer Bitter Sweet Love Tour on August 25. The tour is named after his latest album, released in late January.
Tickets for the Leftfield and Orbital show will go on sale this Friday, March 8, at 10 am, while the James Arthur date will be available for purchase at 9 am.
In addition to these headliners, the Margate Summer Sessions will also feature performances by IDLES, Limp Bizkit, Simple Minds, Madness, JLS, Bryan Adams, Jack Savoretti, Jess Glynne, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Scooter, Rudimental, Richard Ashcroft, Manic Street Preachers, Suede, Craig David, Paloma Faith, Busted, DJ Spoony, and Becky Hill. Tickets for the event can be purchased on the website.
Leftfield will not only be performing at the Margate Summer Series but also at the Eden Festival in Scotland in June and the Stowaway Festival in Buckinghamshire in August.
Orbital will be embarking on a UK tour this spring to celebrate their 1991 debut LP, ‘Green Album.’ They will also be playing at various festivals throughout the summer.
