Nobu, a well-known luxury lifestyle and hotel brand, is set to open its second hotel in Vietnam. The upcoming Nobu Hotel and Restaurant in Ho Chi Minh City is a result of a collaboration with Viet Capital Real Estate (VCRE). This new opening marks the brand’s 40th hotel and follows the success of the first Nobu project in Vietnam, the Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Danang.

Located in the heart of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Nobu Ho Chi Minh Hotel and Restaurant will be a 40-story mixed-use complex featuring Class A office space and 135 guest rooms and suites. The hotel will also include a rooftop swimming pool, a fitness facility, and the renowned Nobu restaurant. With an expected opening in 2026, guests can look forward to stunning views of the city and the Saigon River from the tower.

Trevor Horwell, the CEO of Nobu Hospitality, expressed excitement about the brand’s expansion in Vietnam and highlighted the strong partnership with VCRE. Vo Thanh Lam, the Chief Executive Officer of VCRE, emphasized the unique experience that Nobu brings to each city it enters and praised the collaboration with Nobu Hospitality.

The Nobu brand has seen significant growth since its establishment in 1994, now boasting a portfolio of 40 hotels, 76 restaurants, and 12 residences.
