Robbie Williams is gearing up to showcase his new dance project, Lufthaus, at this summer’s Creamfields festival. Alongside Flynn Francis and Tim Metcalfe, Williams formed the band during the COVID-19 pandemic, drawing inspiration from Berlin’s vibrant electronic music scene and their shared passion for nights spent on the dancefloor. Their debut album, ‘Visions Volume 1’, was unleashed last year, and now the trio is all set to hit the stage at a UK festival for the first time, with a performance scheduled at the renowned dance event in Cheshire in August.

Creamfields made the exciting announcement in a statement, unveiling, “Just Announced! A UK debut for Lufthaus, a brand-new electronic group consisting of Robbie Williams, Tim Metcalfe, and Flynn Francis, will be gracing the Arc stage at Creamfields 2024 on Sunday, 25th August!”

Scheduled to captivate the audience in the sunset slot on the Arc stage on the festival’s closing day, Lufthaus joins a stellar lineup that includes the likes of Calvin Harris, Tiesto, Eric Prydz, Martin Garrix, Fatboy Slim, and Example.

Reflecting on the creation of the album, Robbie Williams shared, “This isn’t just a collection of songs. It’s our heart, our soul, and our vision for what electronic music can be. With Flynn and Tim by my side, we’ve embarked on a musical journey that we’re eager to share with the world.”

Francis expressed, “We had a lot of fun making this album, and I think that translates in the music. Each track is a sonic chapter in our journey, reflecting the evolution of our friendship and our collective experiences within electronic music.”

Tim added, “Every track on ‘Visions Volume 1’ tells a story, a memory, an emotion.”

Creamfields, the UK’s premier dance music festival, is set to take place from August 22-25 in Daresbury, Cheshire. Get ready to immerse yourself in a mesmerizing musical experience with Lufthaus and many other talented acts gracing the stage during this four-day extravaganza of beats and vibes.
