A new exhibition titled “Crafting Selfhood” is now open to the public at 3.1 Phillip Lim’s New York flagship store. The exhibit, inspired by creative director and co-founder Phillip Lim’s unique take on the ID lineup through Anish Kapoor sculptures, was launched to coincide with AAPI Heritage Month and NYCxDESIGN week. The brand held an opening reception on Tuesday to celebrate the exhibition.

Guests at the event included notable names such as Tommy Ton, Prabal Gurung, Laura Kim, Tina Leung, and many more. The exhibition features works by artists like Janny Baek, Julia Chiang, Cecile Chong, and others, and will be on display until May 23.

The pieces on display offer a closer look at the artistic interpretations of selfhood by the contributing artists, making it a must-see event for art enthusiasts in New York City.
